Join us for a fun-filled day of pickleball, community, and friendly competition as we support the students and programs of Denton Calvary Academy!
Tournament Schedule
8:00 AM
Facility doors open. Check in, grab breakfast, meet fellow players, and get settled before the day's events begin.
8:00–9:00 AM
Beginner Training Session
New to pickleball? No problem! Join us for a free introductory training session where you'll learn the basic rules, scoring, court etiquette, and gameplay. This session is designed for beginners and anyone who wants a quick refresher before competing.
10:00 AM
Tournament Begins
Matches will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
Approximately 3:00 PM
Tournament concludes and winners are recognized. End time may vary depending on the number of teams registered and tournament progression.
Divisions
Recreational Division
Perfect for beginners, casual players, families, and anyone looking for a fun day on the courts. No pressure, just great competition and community.
Competitive Division
Designed for players seeking a higher level of competition. Coed brackets will provide a challenging and exciting tournament experience.
Both divisions are open to players of all ages, including youth participants. Teams should register with a partner.
What to Bring
Your own pickleball paddle (or rent one for $5)
Athletic clothing and court shoes
Water bottle
Pickleballs will be provided.
Food & Refreshments
Grab-and-go breakfast options will be available beginning at 8:00 AM. Additional refreshments and concessions may be available throughout the day.
Spectators Welcome
Not playing? Join us for the watch party and cheer on your favorite teams. Family members, friends, and supporters are encouraged to attend and enjoy the event atmosphere.
Registration Information
Early Bird Registration: $65 per player through June 15
After June 15, regular registration pricing will apply.
