  • Registration Fees for Returning Families:

    • Enrollment Fee: $400 per student, due upon re-enrollment

    • Early Enrollment receives a $75 discount per student if completed prior to deadline

    Admissions Fees for New Families:

    • Kinder and 1st grade: $200 per student, due upon application submission - Incoming student assessment included

    • 2nd - 12th grades: $125 per student, due upon application submission

    • All incoming students in 2nd - 12th will need to take the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) at the parents cost of approximately $160

    • Enrollment Fee: $400 per student, due upon acceptance and enrollment

    • One Time Computer Fee $1,000 (cost) for all students taking High School classes

    Installment Plan Fee (FACTS): An annual $55 per family per year fee is charged for families paying tuition on a monthly basis. Families choosing the 2 payment per year plan will incur a fee of $25.

    Please note that all application, re-enrollment, and athletic fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Tuition does not include all costs that may be incurred by the family. Additional costs include books, uniforms, athletics, extra-curricular activities, and other miscellaneous expenses.

    • The tuition may be paid in full when paid by the first Monday in August, in 2 payments made in September and January, or in 12 equal payments, the first of which is due in June (5th or 20th) before the upcoming school year, and the 5th or 20th of each month thereafter through May.

    • Tuition accounts are processed by FACTS, a tuition management service. All DCA families must have an active FACTS account. The cost to budget your monthly payment plan is a nominal and nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee per family per year.

As a private Christian school, our desire is to be a wise steward of our human and financial resources in our primary mission of cultivating a Biblically-based educational experience that nurtures students to reflect the character of Christ. We are proud to say that one way we are achieving this goal is by partnering with FACTS Management Company for payment of tuition and fees. FACTS is the leading payment plan provider in the industry, used by 6,500 faith-based schools in America and by the majority of the local private schools in our area. It is not a loan, and there is no credit check. It is simply a way to budget your tuition commitment and to make payments securely and conveniently through a preauthorized bank-to-bank transfer of funds.

  • You can enroll in FACTS online by clicking on the FACTS link. Enrolling online is simple and secure and should take about 5 minutes to complete.

    Be sure to have the following information ready when you enroll online:

    1. The name, street address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.

    2. To protect your privacy, you will be asked to create your own unique FACTS Access Code. Please be sure it is something you can easily remember.

    3. Account information for the person responsible for payment: bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. Most of this information is located on your check.

    Carefully fact-check the Final Review as well as the Terms and Conditions before clicking the Submit Button. You will receive a notification confirming your enrollment in a FACTS payment plan after the school activates your agreement and enters the tuition amount due for the year.
